Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in constructing agentic AI multi-node decision models, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and data transformation from unstructured to structured formats.
- Expertise in adding guardrails, multi-agent workflows, and methodologies that enhance accuracy and mitigate errors in AI responses.
- Proficient in using technologies such as LangChain, AWS Lambda, OpenAIs API, vector databases, and containerization tools like Docker.
- Experience with research, systems architecture, and code analysis within AI-centered workflows.
- Ability to create and present compelling proof of concepts, bolstered by frontend and backend development skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying AI insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative agile team.
