Requirements
Must:
- BA/BS degree and 10+ years of relevant architecture experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning or AI systems design and architecture
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-grade GenAI, RAG models, agentic AI, and machine learning pipelines
- Experience with interoperability protocols (e.g., Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent communication)
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, Azure AI Agent Services, n8n, Autogen, etc.)
- Familiar with AI Gateway implementation for enforcing guardrails, monitoring, and centralized model access
- 3+ years of experience developing AI solutions in AWS (or equivalent cloud)
- Ability to create AI proof-of-concepts and design for enterprise-scale production
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing executive leadership
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers
- Demonstrated knowledge of emerging AI trends and best practices
- Understanding of MLOps and DevOps practices (CI/CD for models, observability, rollback)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using YML, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployment
- Strong programming skills in C#, Python, JavaScript, JSON
- Experience with Azure DevOps for tracking Epics, Features, and User Stories
- Commitment to ongoing learning in AI/ML
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions that enhance operations within a global consulting framework
- Define and maintain architecture for GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents
- Design workflows for agent orchestration and frameworks for agentic AI
- Evaluate and select suitable AI/Agentic tools, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
- Ensure that architectural choices align with enterprise performance metrics such as latency, security, cost, and explainability
- Assess new AI technologies for potential adoption
- Architect scalable, modular, and observable solutions aligned with business and data strategies
- Collaborate with data architects, scientists, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders
- Guide proof-of-concept development and prototype assessments to validate architectural decisions
- Provide mentorship and feedback to AI engineering teams during architecture reviews
- Lead evaluations to decide between building vs. purchasing tools and influence platform roadmaps
- Integrate responsible AI principles and governance frameworks into AI design
- Ensure compliance of AI solutions with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with governance, security, and compliance teams to establish transparency and auditability
