Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of experience in an engineering position, preferably with direct customer engagement (e.g., Product Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer).
- Proficiency in working with APIs, scripting, and deploying production code to set up solutions and resolve issues.
- Proven ability to successfully guide customers from pilot stages to full launch, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Self-driven and flexible, capable of thriving in a dynamic, start-up environment that requires quick pivots and multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A resourceful and innovative approach to tackling technical challenges effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and troubleshoot APIs and scripts, ensuring high-quality code delivery.
- Drive customer engagement from initial pilot through to successful product launch.
- Adjust rapidly to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate technical aspects and project updates to various stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Identify and implement quick, efficient solutions to any technical problems that arise.
