Requirements
Must:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical field
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs and translate roadmaps into actionable tasks
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, and AI technologies
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in sprint planning
- Analytical mindset to monitor KPIs and conduct landscape assessments
- Experience in preparing sales enablement content and technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, converting high-level roadmaps into actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Drive sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and reviews to ensure alignment on product development timelines and objectives
- Manage cross-functional product releases, ensuring technical readiness, operational documentation, and training materials are prepared on time
- Serve as the primary point of contact for collecting feedback from sales, support, and customers to identify areas for product enhancement
- Work in collaboration with marketing teams to create sales support materials, including solution briefs and training resources
- Track product KPIs, including adoption rates and profitability, and perform regular analyses of the MSP/MSSP market to inform strategic choices
- Aid in the management of key technology partnerships to leverage partner strengths and differentiate our offerings
