Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Over 8 years of experience in enterprise IT project management, particularly with ERP, CRM, MDM, EDW, or business transformation projects
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) as well as Waterfall
- Skilled in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Visio, and other project management or collaboration tools
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with strong communication skills across teams
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating business systems
- Understanding of process optimization, Lean Six Sigma, and compliance standards such as FDA CSV is preferred
- PMP and/or CSM certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level IT projects from inception through to completion, handling scope, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Create project charters and comprehensive plans, securing necessary approvals for resource allocation and funding
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate sprint planning while supervising cross-functional team execution
- Manage vendor relationships, including contracts and performance metrics, to ensure successful project results
- Track project progress, proactively pinpoint risks, and execute mitigation strategies
- Generate executive reports, dashboards, and documentation adhering to established governance standards
- Promote continuous improvement by pinpointing opportunities for process optimization and enhancing project delivery quality
