Requirements
Must:
- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Robust technical background; software engineering experience is highly regarded
- Proficiency with AI-native tools, specifically in producing quality outputs with coding tools like Claude Code
- Extensive HubSpot experience across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Strong analytical aptitude with SQL skills and demonstrated experience in building operational reporting and dashboards
- Experience with API integrations and custom internal tool development
- Ability to comprehend business processes and organizational structures, identifying key relevant metrics
- Strong business acumen coupled with technical execution capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of simplifying technical complexities for business stakeholders
- Familiarity with startup or high-growth environments; adept at working independently in less structured settings
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance Jetsons revenue stack with HubSpot at its core, overseeing CRM configuration, pipeline administration, lifecycle stages, automation workflows, and integrations among Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Collaborate with Customer Operations to implement customer service tools effectively as the company scales
- Create and sustain integrations linking HubSpot to NetSuite, field service tools, and other essential systems, utilizing Claude Code and AI development workflows to expedite processes
- Develop tailored enablement tools and internal utilities that assist revenue teams and minimize manual processes
- Assess and deploy new go-to-market tools that enhance performance, attribution, and visibility
- Design, execute, and document scalable revenue processes that improve speed, consistency, and clarity across teams
- Work closely with our data engineering team to build upon a solid data foundation, taking ownership of the reporting layer
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and KPI reporting covering Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Leadership using AI tools to achieve real-time operational visibility
- Create individual performance scorecards and systems for operational accountability
- Deeply analyze Jetsons business processes to pinpoint crucial performance indicators beyond basic metrics
- Transform data into actionable insights that inform decision-making
- Identify deficiencies in data capture across the business and collaborate with data engineering to enhance source instrumentation
- Utilize Claude Code and other AI development tools consistently for integrations, dashboards, and internal tools
- Seek opportunities where AI can streamline operations and boost productivity across revenue functions
- Assist in defining methods for the responsible and effective operationalization of AI in go-to-market and operational strategies
- Stay informed about advancements in AI tooling and proactively integrate new capabilities into the teams processes
