Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, SAP, LAN, VPNs, and firewalls
- Demonstrated experience in software troubleshooting and technical support roles
- Competent in diagnosing issues with computers, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Skilled in network connectivity
- Exceptional customer service abilities, capable of conveying technical details to both technical and non-technical users
- Familiar with security protocols pertaining to network safety
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, Security+
- Microsoft certifications: MTA, MCP
- 1-3 years in technical support focused on Windows clients and Microsoft Office
- 1-3 years in Windows administration and support
- 1-3 years in network connectivity/security administration and support
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for technical support via phone or email for both local and remote users
- Diagnose, repair, and upgrade servers, computers, phones, printers, and additional peripheral devices
- Install software and offer support for products such as Microsoft Office, Windows, and manage first-line SAP inquiries
- Set up and configure workstations, phones, door access, and user accounts for new personnel
- Collaborate with other IT team members to research, source, and acquire hardware and software enhancements and solutions
- Administer CCTV and entry access accounts
- May involve occasional travel to our associated office in the United Kingdom
