Requirements
Must:
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field is preferred.
- Proficient in Oracle Fusion, ideally with experience at Oracle or as part of an implementation partner.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement finance system workflows, integrations, and internal controls.
- Strong knowledge of finance operations and enterprise transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the functional design, development, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion finance modules and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and interdisciplinary teams to establish internal controls, integrations, and API-enabled workflows.
- Aid in developing and stabilizing new financial system functionalities during the Oracle transformation process.
- Convert business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions in line with advanced finance processes.
- Act as a subject-matter expert to influence decision-making, ensure system best practices, and drive functional improvements.

This hybrid position, based in the greater Seattle area, offers a dynamic work environment with 2-3 days expected onsite. Compensation ranges from $75 to $95 per hour based on experience.
