Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security and conducting compliance assessments
- 3+ years of experience as a certified Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) (version 3.2.1 of the PCI DSS)
- Strong foundation in Information Technology Infrastructure
- Current security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementor)
- Current audit certification (e.g., CISA, GIAC GSNA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and team members
- Exceptional time management, documentation, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct PCI DSS compliance assessments resulting in a Report on Compliance or Self-Assessment Questionnaire and corresponding Attestation of Compliance
- Perform readiness assessments for PCI DSS, providing guidance and recommendations ahead of formal compliance evaluations
- Engage with various customer technical teams and business stakeholders to gather evidence for the assessment
- Execute other security assessments focusing on infrastructure, personnel, and process requirements within common or proprietary frameworks
- Identify gaps or issues within the compliance process requiring remediation
- Employ critical thinking and analytical techniques to conduct tests and interpret results, offering actionable recommendations for enhancements
- Maintain and provide regular updates on project status for stakeholder review
- Develop and present reports that clearly communicate assessment outcomes to diverse technical and business audiences
- Contribute to the creation of service methodologies and related materials essential for delivering practice services
