Requirements
Must:
- Proficient programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages with experience in modern machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with generative AI technologies, including LLM architectures and frameworks.
- Background in the design and development of digital healthcare tools.
- Familiarity with natural language processing and generative AI for analyzing, generating, and interpreting medical texts.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Knowledge of high-compute cloud-based platforms, particularly AWS.
- Understanding of code version control and MLOps deployment methodologies.
- Ability to comprehend healthcare challenges and adapt AI solutions accordingly.
- Strong adaptability across functions to achieve organizational goals.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 1 year applying AI/ML techniques in healthcare or clinical research data.
- Experience in the implementation of healthcare AI solutions is advantageous.
- Knowledge in the design and development of digital healthcare tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of AI/ML/GenAI solutions aimed at enhancing clinical trial processes, such as patient recruitment and retention, as well as real-time data monitoring and automated data collection.
- Assist in the development and implementation of GenAI applications for generating automated clinical trial documentation, including medical reports, clinical study reports, protocols, and patient narratives.
- Aid in the development of Digital Healthcare applications for medical and scientific tools, including real-world evidence methodologies to engage patients effectively.
- Design and develop predictive models and generative AI solutions leveraging diverse healthcare data, encompassing clinical trials, electronic health records, wearable devices, and patient-reported outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in clinical operations, development, data science, and medical affairs to address business challenges and maximize the value of AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and data privacy standards throughout various processes.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within Jazz Data Science and across the Jazz Research and Development sectors.
