Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing intricate IT projects
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with EDI in a production environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing applications or integrations using low-code or no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Adobe Workfront Fusion)
- At least 2 years of experience managing API integrations within Azure Data Factory or equivalent integration tools
- Minimum 2 years of programming experience with object-oriented languages (e.g., RPG, MVC, .NET, C#)
- At least 2 years of experience working with Transact SQL (T-SQL) in platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, or MySQL
- Relevant certifications in any of the above domains are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Serve as a proactive problem-solver and delivery coordinator to enhance Jascos integration strategies
- Analyze and troubleshoot recurring issues related to EDI and adjacent ERP processes
- Collaborate with EDI analysts and vendors on critical EDI initiatives and priority partners
- Act as a technical resource for cross-functional initiatives impacting multiple systems
- Monitor dependencies and risks across EDI, ERP/AS/400, SQL, CRM, and Workbench environments
- Convert business requirements into precise technical execution plans
- Coordinate tasks among internal teams and external partners, ensuring proper sequencing based on capacity and risk
- Design and create new automated workflows utilizing Azure Data Factory and other integration tools like Workfront Fusion and SSIS
- Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, integration logic, and ERP customizations
- Generate system impact maps to mitigate risks related to ERP modernization and platform upgrades
- Proactively recommend the automation, simplification, or retirement of obsolete processes, and reduce escalation volume by addressing root causes
- Keep abreast of advancements in technologies that impact our integration landscape
- Continuously evaluate job flows, data mapping, and onboarding processes with integration counterparts to address recurring EDI issues
