Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field
- Comprehensive understanding of threat detection, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and network protection
- Practical experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanning tools, and cloud security solutions
- Capability to manage intricate incidents and conduct root cause analysis
- Familiarity with security frameworks and industry best practices
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC are preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct investigations of security alerts, incidents, and vulnerabilities
- Conduct thorough threat analysis and suggest mitigation approaches
- Supervise security monitoring, SIEM optimization, and log analysis activities
- Perform regular risk evaluations and policy assessments
- Create incident response protocols and coordinate response initiatives
- Offer mentorship to junior analysts and assist in team development
- Partner with infrastructure teams to enhance security architecture
- Ensure adherence to pertinent compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC2, etc.)
Description
