Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM platform administration.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Required to obtain Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals Certification within 180 days.
- Required to achieve Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) Certification within 180 days.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing personal computers and software applications including CRM platform, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Capability to work autonomously and be self-driven.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions provided in written or spoken formats.
- Resilience under pressure.
- Capacity to engage with all organizational levels.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Skill in multi-tasking and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Ability to grasp the overall strategy while managing several smaller projects.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry and its products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee CRM platform security, encompassing roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Customize and maintain CRM platform applications.
- Generate custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Handle operational requests and reporting, including customer analysis and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop training resources and provide support for end users of the CRM platform.
- Manage sales-related technical resources and facilitate data migration into the CRM platform.
- Assess new CRM platform releases to determine functionality needs and explain changes to all impacted departments/users.
- Assist in creating test criteria and validating test output for upgrades and enhancements.
- Coordinate the release of new functionalities to the user community.
- Offer training and mentoring to team members.
