Requirements
Must:
- Epic certification in the assigned specialty is mandatory
- Analyst 1: Minimum of 3 years in healthcare IT, clinical, or related fields
- Analyst 2: 4–6 years of relevant experience
- Analyst 3: 7–9 years of industry experience
- High School diploma required; Bachelors degree is preferable
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the enterprise-wide Epic implementation
- Support the build, configuration, and maintenance of Epic systems
- Address ticket triage, basic troubleshooting, and documentation for Analyst 1 level
- Manage moderate-complexity issues and enhancements for Analyst 2 level
- Lead comprehensive testing cycles and oversee environment operations for Analyst 2 level
- Spearhead high-complexity build and workflow optimization as an Analyst 3
- Act as a primary contact for complex issues and provide mentorship
