Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in a technology or IT support position
- Proven capability to address non-routine, intricate technical challenges using independent judgment
- Proficient understanding of computer hardware, networking, and wireless systems
- Experience in supporting Microsoft technologies (Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange; Azure is a plus)
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems (Aloha, Toast, Clover, etc.) is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for researching and implementing independent solutions
- Capacity to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, service-focused environment
- Background in hospitality or restaurant sectors is a bonus, though not mandatory
- College degree or relevant technical certifications are preferred
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand, walk, and conduct physical activities related to hardware installation
- Flexibility to work varied hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- Ability to complete background checks and drug screenings
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to help desk requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve both standard and complex technical issues remotely and in-person
- Analyze problems, investigate solutions, and implement fixes not explicitly outlined by standard protocols
- Support Microsoft-based environments including Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure
- Install, set up, and maintain hardware and other devices
- Assist with system updates, maintaining documentation, and ensuring configuration accuracy
- Address technology needs across various business units with distinct operational demands
- Appropriately escalate complicated issues and ensure they are resolved
- Travel locally to different Jack Stack locations as required for hands-on support
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit technology team

We offer a full-time, salary-based position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., alongside potential for overtime and participation in an on-call rotation.
