Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and software
- Some knowledge of Windows server operating systems and Linux
- Familiarity with Windows batch scripting and PowerShell
- Competence in databases and SQL
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with basic hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Familiarity with patch management
- Basic awareness of IT security protocols
- Understanding of two-factor authentication
- Ability to engage in projects involving data analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication along with active listening capabilities
- Strong time management, scheduling, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Dependable and adaptable
- Capacity to acquire new concepts through data and proficient in research and citation
- Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for end-users regarding IT issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
- Assist in the management of network and server environments
- Participate in the development and documentation of IT procedures
- Conduct training sessions for employees on IT best practices
- Collaborate with team members on various technical projects
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and user inquiries
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and software applications
