Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Programming or equivalent technical training from an accredited institution
- Completion of a recognized certification program or equivalent experience in computer programming
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with required computer languages and a solid understanding of computer systems including networks, servers, and PCs
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with colleagues and receiving direction
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Current State issued drivers license
- Capacity to achieve and uphold DoD IAM Level II certification (CompTIA Security+) within 180 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Convert data from project specifications into computer programs under supervision
- Prepare flowcharts and diagrams illustrating program sequences and logical operations
- Transform project specifications into detailed coding instructions for computer languages
- Design and develop basic to moderately complex computer programs
- Utilize computer-aided software tools for system development phases
- Operate computer systems for program testing, troubleshooting, and validation
- Monitor program performance post-implementation
- Assist in analyzing, reviewing, and modifying programs for efficiency or new requirements
- Create documentation detailing program development, logic, coding, and corrections
- Aid in developing user manuals for installation and operational procedures
- Provide basic technical support to program users as needed

At JT4, LLC, we deliver engineering and technical support to various test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract (J-Tech II).
