Requirements
Must:
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience through technical training or recognized certification programs.
- A minimum of nine (9) years of experience in computer systems and related fields.
- Proficient understanding of principles and practices in computer science, graphics, and information systems.
- Solid experience with Active Directory Users and Computers, DHCP, DNS, and DFS on Windows Server.
- Basic configuration and troubleshooting skills for Linux/Unix servers.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain Operating Systems and support applications in both centralized and distributed server environments.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the capability to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a government security clearance.
- Valid state-issued drivers license is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Tier 3 troubleshooting over the phone to diagnose system issues and identify trends.
- Oversee VMware clusters that host production servers and client systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain FC SAN and Data Domain hardware.
- Collaborate on projects both individually and in teams to achieve objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
