Requirements
Must:
- 4–7+ years of in-depth experience with HubSpot
- Proficient across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and customized operational workflows
- Strong knowledge of CRM data architecture
- Proven experience in implementing intricate automations and sales pipelines
- Skilled in integrating HubSpot with external platforms using APIs
- Background in creating operational workflows for internal teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the HubSpot platform architecture
- Manage sales pipelines and lifecycle processes
- Develop operations and post-sale onboarding workflows
- Create ticket pipelines for internal operations teams
- Build lead management systems
- Implement cross-department automations
- Maintain data architecture and CRM governance
- Design and execute systems for lead routing and program-specific sales pipelines
- Construct post-sale operational workflows following successful deals
- Establish ticket pipelines that support student onboarding and internal teams
- Automate student and applicant management processes
- Develop internal request and operations workflows
- Create data models linking contacts, leads, deals, and operational tickets
- Maintain architecture and integrations between HubSpot and other platforms
- Manage API connections to ensure data consistency across systems
