Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience in web development and engineering positions, showcasing leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive design
- Practical experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar technologies

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Competence in DevOps principles, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git)
- Solid grasp of application security, performance enhancement, and web accessibility standards
- Capability to lead technical discussions, make architectural choices, and steer teams towards best practices
- Demonstrated experience managing intricate projects in agile or hybrid development settings
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities, adept at collaborating with both technical and business units
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the comprehensive design and architecture of sophisticated web applications and solutions
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to establish requirements and technical strategies
- Supervise development initiatives, ensuring adherence to top-tier coding standards, security practices, and performance enhancements
- Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot challenges, and offer expert insights during development and deployment phases
- Facilitate integration with backend services, APIs, cloud platforms, and external systems
- Mentor and support junior developers and team members, promoting a cooperative engineering culture
- Contribute to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD setups, and automation strategies to boost release reliability
- Ensure compliance with industry guidelines, accessibility standards, and internal governance
- Assist in scalability planning, system performance optimization, and the creation of long-term technical roadmaps
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to propose modernization opportunities
