UX/UI Designer with Figma & Adobe Experience

- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and analyses to discern user needs, challenges, and areas for enhancement - Develop information architecture, user journeys, personas, site maps, process flows, and wireframes to visualize design concepts - Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and design systems - Collaborate with engineers and development teams to verify feasibility and accurate implementation of designs, clearly communicating design rationales - Execute usability testing, gather feedback, iterate on designs, and refine solutions to improve usability, accessibility, and user engagement - Promote best practices in user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design across various devices - Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, methodologies, and industry standards, infusing innovative ideas into the design process - Manage contract workflows effectively: deliver on schedule, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with team members in a flexible/remote or hybrid working environment as necessary.
