Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
- Expertise in application design, cloud infrastructure, system integration, and scalable architecture
- Hands-on experience with modern technology stacks (such as Java, .NET, Microservices, APIs, Containers, CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and architectural best practices
- Deep understanding of databases, networking, security protocols, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; masters degree is a plus
- Prior experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and evaluation of enterprise applications and systems
- Develop architecture roadmaps, standards, and best practices to inform technical decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation strategies
- Supervise development teams, providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship
- Conduct feasibility studies, solution evaluations, and technology assessments
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and performance across various platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate integration, testing, and deployment efforts
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams and technical specifications
- Drive modernization initiatives such as cloud migration, legacy application transformation, and DevOps enhancements
- Identify risks, suggest mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Assist with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and resolving production issues
