Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on architecting ServiceNow enterprise solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise with CMDB data modeling, CI relationships, and Discovery implementations.
- Proven track record of integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Splunk, Azure AD, SolarWinds, and OSS/BSS.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON.
- Advanced knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are mandatory.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different functions.
- Experience with telecom systems and network inventory data models is a plus.
- Familiarity with data federation and synchronization across various ServiceNow instances.
- Exposure to telecom technology environments or similar enterprise ecosystems.
- Experience with data quality, normalization, and schema validation tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL 4, process governance, and automation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and tailored solutions within ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery.
- Develop and preserve enterprise data models to represent configuration items (CIs), business services, and infrastructure assets.
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, including network operations, HR, Finance, asset management, and cloud platforms.
- Define strategies for data mapping, normalization, and reconciliation of CMDB and integrated systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for data governance, lifecycle management, and schema design conventions.
- Provide direct technical leadership to ServiceNow development teams in scripting, workflow creation, and best-practice data architecture.
- Partner with network, infrastructure, and cloud teams to facilitate accurate data exchange with systems like Cisco DNA, AWS, Azure, VMware, and monitoring tools.
- Support automation and AI-driven operations, including predictive intelligence and event correlation initiatives.
- Create architecture documentation such as system diagrams, integration models, and data dictionaries.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols, enterprise architecture standards, and ISO/NIST frameworks.
