Requirements
Must:
- Over 12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years specializing in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB implementations.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Practical experience with Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal, and Custom Applications.
- Proven track record of integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Comprehensive understanding of development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and performance enhancement.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CSM), CAD, or CTA.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, customization, and configuration of ServiceNow modules, applications, and workflows.
- Act as a technical authority, providing support and direction to developers while ensuring compliance with best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, project managers, and process owners, to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and various external systems using REST, SOAP, API, MID server, or integration hub.
- Oversee the implementation of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or other modules according to project requirements.
- Conduct system administration, manage update sets, perform platform upgrades, and maintain system functionality.
- Serve as the technical lead for ServiceNow releases, platform enhancements, and process improvements.
- Resolve intricate issues and ensure the systems reliability, performance, and security.
- Generate technical documentation, solution designs, architecture diagrams, and deployment strategies.
- Mentor and assist junior developers and administrators as needed.
