Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in crafting enterprise-level web applications
- Extensive hands-on proficiency with Java/J2EE technologies
- Expertise in Core Java, multi-threading, and the Executor framework
- Familiarity with Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MyBatis
- Strong background in developing RESTful web services
- Experience with application servers such as JBoss, Apache, or Tomcat
- Front-end development skills in JavaScript, Angular, JSP, CSS, and HTML
- Knowledge of AJAX and modern JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery)
- Proficient in XML, XSLT, and JSON
- Solid grasp of SQL, database architecture, and stored procedures
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform development
- Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks in high-pressure environments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop sustainable and high-quality source code for both front-end and back-end components
- Craft unit tests and assist with functional/system integration testing
- Support deployment processes and manage production environments as necessary
- Integrate various application components, ensuring smooth end-to-end functionality
- Diagnose technical problems and ensure prompt resolutions
- Adhere to project timelines and delivery schedules
- Implement solutions that align with performance, security, scalability, and maintainability standards
