Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of overall experience, with at least 8 years as a Scrum Master in large-scale environments
- Proven ability to lead multiple Agile teams simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne
- Capacity to influence and guide teams across various levels
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities
- Preferred certifications including CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe-SM, RTE or equivalent
- Experience collaborating with distributed or global teams
- Background in banking, insurance, healthcare, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-prioritized and refined backlog in line with business goals
- Monitor, manage, and communicate sprint progress, risks, and dependencies across teams and leadership
- Eliminate obstacles and nurture an environment where teams can produce high-quality outcomes at a sustainable pace
- Educate teams on Agile best practices, Lean principles, and the concept of continuous improvement
- Work with multiple Scrum teams within a scaled Agile setting (SAFe, LeSS, or similar)
- Build strong working relationships with both business and technical partners
- Assist with release planning and forecasting to synchronize delivery expectations
- Utilize data and metrics (such as burn-down charts, velocity, throughput, cycle times, and dashboards) to inform decisions
- Aid in organizational transformation towards enhanced Agile maturity
