Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 8 years concentrated on Salesforce development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, and Automation tools.
- Practical experience with API integrations, web services, and data migration processes.
- Proven track record in customizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and permission sets.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication abilities.
- Preferred: Salesforce Developer certifications like Platform Developer I and II.
- Preferred: Experience in Agile development settings.
- Preferred: Knowledge of middleware solutions such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica Cloud.
- Preferred: Experience with large-scale implementations and multi-org setups.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional expertise.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications employing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and related technologies.
- Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or bespoke solutions.
- Assess business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs and solutions.
- Establish and refine complex workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules.
- Oversee data migration tasks including data mapping, loading, and cleansing activities.
- Enhance system features and performance via ongoing improvements and diagnostic activities.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and QA teams to deliver comprehensive project solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, coding standards, and best practices during development processes.
- Engage in code review sessions, testing, documentation, and deployment using CI/CD methodologies.
- Assist in production releases, address bug fixes, and optimize performance.
