Requirements
Must:
- Over 12 years of experience as an SAP Consultant involved in implementations and enterprise solutions.
- Proficient in at least one major SAP module with considerable knowledge in SAP configuration and integration.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of business process mapping and documentation.
- Proven track record of leading intricate projects within agile or hybrid project frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and client-facing abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- SAP certification is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to collect requirements and convert them into efficient SAP solutions.
- Configure, customize, and support various SAP modules including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, or relevant specialties.
- Lead SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects from initial planning to final deployment.
- Oversee comprehensive system processes including testing, documentation, training, and go-live assistance.
- Troubleshoot system challenges, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective resolutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless SAP integration with external systems.
- Assist in data migration tasks such as data mapping, cleansing, validation, and cutover planning.
- Ensure compliance, security, performance optimization, and adherence to established standards within the system.
- Offer expert guidance and best practices to internal teams and stakeholders.
