Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience in mobile application development, specifically with SAP BTP Mobile Services.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK), SAP Cloud Foundry, SAP BAS, SAP CAP, and SAP mobile integrations.
- Proven experience in building mobile applications using SAP OData services and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Gateway, and SAP Fiori architecture.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and contemporary mobile development concepts.
- Experience in developing offline mobile applications and implementing synchronization mechanisms.
- Strong knowledge of authentication and security models including OAuth, JWT, SAML, and SAP ID services.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated deployment tools.
- Capability to design scalable, cloud-native solutions on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience in dynamic project environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to partner with both business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain mobile applications on SAP BTP utilizing SAP Mobile Services, MDK, and associated technologies.
- Design comprehensive mobile architectures with capabilities for offline functionality, data synchronization, and secure data access.
- Integrate mobile applications with SAP backend systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Gateway, OData services, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to convert business requirements into functional mobile application features.
- Enforce best practices in coding, security, performance, and maintainability within SAP BTP settings.
- Diagnose and address issues related to mobile application performance, integration challenges, deployment, and user experience.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools to optimize the release process of mobile applications.
- Provide comprehensive documentation, technical specifications, and ongoing support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Engage in design reviews, architecture discussions, and sessions for solution blueprinting.
- Assist with testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
