Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant hands-on SAP technical development experience.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, BADI, BAPI, and OData services.
- Extensive experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and SAP Gateway.
- Track record in SAP S/4HANA projects, including conversion, migration, or implementation phases.
- In-depth understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, or HCM from a technical integration viewpoint.
- Knowledge of PI/PO, API-led integrations, interfaces, and IDoc processing.
- Strong capabilities in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Familiarity with SAP transports, CTS+, and managing solution landscapes.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Additional beneficial skills include:
- Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and RAP Model.
- Understanding of SAP Security concepts, authorization objects, and GRC considerations.
- Acquaintance with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools.
- Background in technical project leadership or mentoring junior developers.
- Prior involvement in large-scale enterprise SAP transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP technical solutions that enhance business operations.
- Supervise and engage in ABAP development tasks, encompassing enhancements, custom reports, forms, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Design and create SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, workflows, and integration components.
- Provide technical guidance for SAP S/4HANA migration, resolving issues, and performing root cause analysis.
- Drive the integrations between SAP and external applications utilizing BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, REST, SOAP, PI/PO, and various middleware tools.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into high-quality technical architectures.
- Execute performance tuning, system enhancements, and code reviews to maintain best practices and security standards.
- Assist with SAP upgrades, patches, transports, and general environment maintenance.
- Facilitate technical workshops, develop documentation, craft testing strategies, and provide training for internal teams.
- Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to guarantee successful solution delivery and ongoing improvements.
