Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP functional consulting, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong expertise in at least one major SAP module such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, or HCM.
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementations or significant enhancement projects.
- Solid understanding of business process mapping, functional documentation, and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP modules.
- Experience working collaboratively with ABAP teams, BASIS teams, and external integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting complex issues.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment across designated SAP modules.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including planning, documentation, and delivery.
- Support SAP integration with external applications and manage cross-module dependencies.
- Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Drive ongoing system improvements and seek out efficiency opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior consultants and cross-functional resources.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, compliance requirements, and implementation standards.
