Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 7 years specifically in SAP Fiori/UI5 development
- Proven proficiency in SAP UI5, SAP Fiori Elements, Smart Controls, and OData service development
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Gateway architecture
- Experience integrating Fiori applications with SAP Business Technology Platform, Workflow, CAP, and launchpad configurations
- Strong skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, JSON, XML, and responsive UI design principles
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance of SAP Fiori/UI5 applications
- Solid knowledge of SAP security, roles, and authorization setups for Fiori applications
- Practical experience in Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps CI/CD processes
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management expertise
- Familiarity with SAP Mobile Services, MDK mobile development, or hybrid app frameworks is a plus
- Understanding of SAP CAP, RAP Model, and Node.js or Java development on SAP BTP is beneficial
- Background in UX research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping tools is preferred
- Experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale SAP project deliveries is advantageous
- Knowledge of Solution Manager, Jira, ServiceNow, and version control systems like Git is desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive design, development, and deployment of both custom and standard SAP Fiori applications
- Architect scalable Fiori solutions that integrate seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP Business Technology Platform
- Develop and enhance SAP UI5 applications employing JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, and OData services
- Collaborate with functional and backend ABAP teams to design OData services and application interfaces
- Conduct application performance optimizations, debugging, issue identification, and enhancements
- Drive user experience improvements in line with business needs and UI/UX best practices
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, testing cycles, and production support tasks
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, convert them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure secure access, authentication measures, and role-based authorization for Fiori applications
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and guide delivery efforts across multiple projects
