Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.

- Proven track record of working in enterprise settings with cross-functional teams.

- (Preferred) Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).
- (Preferred) Background in sectors like finance, healthcare, government, or manufacturing.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with model governance, validation, and lifecycle management.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to identify requirements and develop predictive analytics strategies.
- Create, test, and implement predictive models using statistical and machine learning methodologies.
- Examine extensive and complicated datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop dashboards and reports that effectively convey findings to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continually refine models based on performance indicators and feedback from real-world applications.
- Ensure data quality, precision, and consistency throughout all analytical activities.
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and model deployment processes.
- Recognize opportunities for automation and improvements in processes to facilitate better decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, methodologies, and best practices for analytical work.
