Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of experience in network design, architecture, and implementation
- Proven expertise in enterprise network technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and wireless networking
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, VLANs, and QoS
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tools
- Experience leading large-scale network projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Direct the design and architecture of enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and data center networks
- Develop and uphold network design standards, best practices, and comprehensive documentation
- Assess, recommend, and implement network technologies to enhance performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with IT teams, architects, and vendors to deliver seamless end-to-end network solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and team members
- Analyze network performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, and propose optimization strategies
- Oversee network infrastructure projects from initial conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct risk assessments, network capacity planning, and scalability analysis
- Ensure adherence to security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and trends to influence future network strategy
