Requirements
Must:

- Proven ability to manage priorities and timelines
- Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs
- Advanced capability in transforming ideas into responsive CSS designs
- Proficient with version control using GIT and Bitbucket
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Proficient in interpreting and adhering to technical plans
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
- Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools
Responsibilities
- Engage in all phases of our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Develop efficient code in various programming languages utilizing React Native, TypeScript, and platform-specific tools
- Design and build prototypes of next-generation consumer-facing digital products, including front-end and back-end tech stacks
- Ensure software solutions and process flows adhere to company standards and best practices
- Recommend and uphold technical design methodologies and standards
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to grow expertise in other systems/modules
- Work closely with Product Management to refine detailed product requirements
- Adapt and incorporate newly approved technologies and programming standards
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess design feasibility within time and cost constraints
- Modernize existing components to improve user experience and support internationalization efforts
- Partner with the UI/UX team to develop new features
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver innovative features for our customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to the mobile application
- Collaborate with engineering peers to promote high-quality software practices
- Share knowledge and provide feedback during code reviews
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance our engineering processes and developer experience
- Identify and address architectural impacts based on business needs
- Ensure application designs comply with best practices and standards
- Clarify technologies and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
