Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience in mobile application development with a strong background in leadership
- Proficiency in native mobile development using Swift/Objective-C for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android
- Extensive experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns including MVVM, MVP, and Clean Architecture
- Practical experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Strong grasp of mobile security, authentication, and app store submission processes
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Comfortable using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Fastlane
- Prior experience in implementing automated testing frameworks for mobile applications
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Guide and mentor development teams while ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Work closely with product managers and designers to transform requirements into technical specifications
- Assess and select suitable technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development efficiency
- Conduct code reviews, resolve complex issues, and guarantee application stability and performance
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services using REST APIs, GraphQL, and cloud-based solutions
- Uphold security standards, authentication methods, and data protection measures
- Execute performance tuning and improvements for scalability
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines for mobile application releases
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing, automation support, and issue resolution
- Stay informed about industry trends and new mobile technologies
