Requirements
Must:
- Over 12 years of experience in mobile application development and architecture with senior leadership in technical project delivery.
- Strong practical knowledge of iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
- Proficient in RESTful services, GraphQL, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- In-depth understanding of mobile security standards, encryption practices, authentication, and Mobile Device Management (MDM/MAM) solutions.
- Strong foundation in performance optimization, debugging, and mobile CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to lead remote teams and successfully implement large-scale mobile solutions.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of mobile solutions utilizing native, hybrid, and cross-platform technologies.
- Convert business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable mobile architectures.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams by conducting code reviews, mentoring, and offering direct support as needed.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI teams, and enterprise stakeholders to guarantee alignment with delivery standards.
- Supervise the integration of mobile applications with backend systems, APIs, cloud environments, and third-party services.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and strategies for performance optimization.
- Manage all lifecycle activities of applications including planning, testing, release management, maintenance, and support.
- Ensure mobile application compliance with security, accessibility, and data protection regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay abreast of emerging mobile technologies to foster innovation and modernization initiatives.
