Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience in mobile application development focused on large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Strong expertise in native mobile technologies: iOS (Swift, Objective-C, XCode, UIKit/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Jetpack).
- Experience with cross-platform development tools such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
- Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and modern backend integration patterns.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitrise.
- Knowledge of mobile security, encryption methods, and secure coding best practices.
- Strong grasp of mobile UI/UX design principles and performance optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and communication abilities, capable of engaging with executive stakeholders.
- Previous experience in leading development teams and overseeing full project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete development lifecycle of mobile applications for iOS, Android, and cross-platform environments.
- Supervise architecture planning, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and performance enhancement.
- Collaborate intimately with product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust and scalable mobile solutions.
- Review code quality, set best practices, and implement CI/CD processes for mobile applications.
- Assess emerging trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance mobile capabilities.
- Manage software releases, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain application stability and usability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, offering technical guidance and support.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols, platform guidelines, accessibility standards, and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as architecture diagrams, release notes, and technical specifications.
