Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong emphasis on full-stack capabilities.
- Extensive hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Significant experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience utilizing CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of system design, architectural patterns, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate within Agile development settings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in mentoring or managing software developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging frameworks like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Understanding of security best practices, identity management, and authentication mechanisms.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Previous experience in a leadership or architect role within large-scale enterprise projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-stack development efforts, encompassing architecture, coding, testing, and deployment phases.
- Create scalable and secure backend services utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Design and develop responsive web applications using Angular or React.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and implement best practices.
- Drive performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting across applications and infrastructure.
- Manage DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure application security, compliance, and high availability.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and technical roadmaps.
