Requirements

Must:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or help desk capacity - Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft O365 - Experience with network connectivity, VPNs, and IP phone systems - Familiarity with security applications such as OKTA and Crowdstrike - Knowledge of cloud environments including AWS - Skilled in using ticket tracking systems and remote support tools - Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are highly preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse user interactions - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in documentation

Responsibilities

- Address and resolve technical support tickets pertaining to Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft O365, network connectivity, VPN, and RDP - Assist users with password resets, management of PST files, and tasks associated with Exchange Admin - Provide both in-person and remote support for hardware, software, and IP phone systems, such as Microsoft Teams - Utilize ticket tracking systems to record, prioritize, and manage user issues efficiently - Diagnose advanced issues leveraging tools like PowerShell for scripting and resolution - Assist with security and authentication tools, including OKTA and Crowdstrike - Maintain updated knowledge of AWS and SharePoint systems to support users as necessary - Deliver outstanding customer service to end-users through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure company-wide systems operate smoothly
