Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of substantial professional experience as a full stack engineer focused on developing enterprise-scale applications.
- Proficient in backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, or .NET.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep knowledge of database technologies such as SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
- Practical experience in constructing microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven experience in establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Strong grasp of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with unit testing, automated testing frameworks, and debugging tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities
- Direct the complete application development process for frontend and backend systems, ensuring scalability, stability, and performance.
- Design and implement microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed application architectures.
- Develop responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Supervise code reviews, uphold quality standards, and mentor engineering team members.
- Spearhead CI/CD implementation, automated testing, deployment, and release management.
- Diagnose complex production issues and devise long-term solutions.
- Engage in architectural decision-making and contribute to the technology roadmap planning.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, application monitoring, and system reliability.
- Oversee project priorities, timelines, risk management, and delivery execution.
