Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of professional experience in full stack development
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Comprehensive background with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET
- In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency in database design and management (SQL, NoSQL, or both)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong analytical skills and capability to troubleshoot complex software issues
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with prior experience managing development teams
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-energy environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from inception to deployment and ongoing maintenance for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to establish technical requirements and solutions
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance front-end and back-end systems
- Mentor, guide, and lead a team of developers, ensuring compliance with best practices, coding standards, and project deadlines
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot intricate issues, and enhance application performance
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and sector trends to ensure the team employs best practices
- Ensure seamless integration with databases, APIs, and third-party services, maintaining high reliability and scalability
- Provide technical guidance in sprint planning, task distribution, and progress monitoring
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge transfer
