Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise data solutions
- Proven ability to design enterprise data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical models
- Strong proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and data integration technologies
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, or Teradata
- Proficient in ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline technologies, including Informatica, Talend, Databricks, or Apache tools
- In-depth knowledge of data governance, master data management, metadata management, and enhancing data quality
- Capability to architect scalable data and analytics environments for both real-time and batch processing
- Experience working with business intelligence and analytics platform technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Leadership skills to guide cross-functional technical teams in a dynamic environment
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and implementation of enterprise data architecture strategies and roadmaps
- Design and define data models, standards, and best practices for enterprise applications and analytics solutions
- Create architectural frameworks for data integration, master data management, metadata management, and data quality enhancements
- Specify and optimize data pipelines, storage solutions, and workflows across both cloud and on-premises environments
- Assess new technologies, tools, and platforms and propose solutions aligned with business objectives
- Assist in large-scale system modernization and digital transformation projects
- Mentor technical teams and offer architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with business leaders, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive scalable data solutions
- Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and security regulations
- Generate architectural documentation, artifacts, and solution diagrams
