End-User Computing Specialist

- Lead the architecture, deployment, and overall management of EUC technologies including endpoints, VDI, MDM, and application packaging - Manage end-user computing platforms including Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, Azure AD, and collaboration tools - Oversee the standardization, provisioning, patching, performance tuning, and compliance of devices - Provide technical expertise in rolling out Windows OS upgrades, hardware refreshes, and enterprise tools - Establish and enforce EUC standards, best practices, governance policies, and service quality metrics - Ensure effective management of incidents, problems, and changes related to EUC services - Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment with security controls and compliance needs - Drive initiatives for automation to enhance operational efficiency - Manage vendor partnerships and oversee the procurement and licensing of hardware/software - Mentor and guide support engineers and service desk teams to elevate the end-user experience - Conduct root cause analyses, prepare technical documentation, and provide executive-level reports - Support remote work technologies and collaboration platforms to sustain productivity
