Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of professional experience in data visualization, analytics, or a related domain.
- Proficient in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Familiarity with Python or R for analytics is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database concepts.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Experience in working within government or enterprise settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis or machine learning principles is desirable.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into visualization specifications.
- Analyze data from diverse sources and create insightful visual narratives to support strategic initiatives.
- Enhance existing dashboards and visualizations for better performance, usability, and clarity.
- Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Conduct data exploration, identify patterns, and analyze trends to derive business insights.
- Adhere to visual standards, documentation practices, and industry best practices.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
