Requirements
Must:
- Over 12 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong emphasis on blockchain technologies.
- Solid experience in smart contract development using languages such as Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar.
- Profound knowledge of blockchain protocols, nodes, distributed ledgers, tokens, and wallets.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, Corda, or similar.
- Expertise in cryptographic concepts, hashing algorithms, zero-knowledge proofs, and consensus mechanisms.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of integrating blockchain with web or mobile applications.
- Knowledge of Web3 libraries and development tools including Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix.
- Ability to design secure architectures and adhere to best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Preferred: Experience with DeFi, NFTs, enterprise blockchain, or tokenization.
- Preferred: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Preferred: Experience in building high-performance systems within contract or consulting environments.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer blockchain-based solutions, including smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications.
- Construct and maintain secure and scalable blockchain infrastructure and APIs.
- Assess emerging blockchain technologies and propose integration strategies.
- Enhance existing blockchain architecture for improved performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
- Develop smart contracts on platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other relevant blockchains.
- Implement cryptographic and security best practices to safeguard digital assets.
- Connect blockchain solutions with front-end and back-end systems seamlessly.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct debugging, and engage in code review processes.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Cloud, Security, and Product.
- Create clear documentation, architectural designs, and technical specifications.
