Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core (versions 5, 6, 8), C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Angular (versions 18, 19).
- Extensive knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle, including experience in crafting complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Familiarity with Unit Testing Frameworks and practices for test-driven development.
- Practical experience using Azure Boards, TFS, and GitHub for version control and project oversight.
- Understanding of contemporary front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and Angular.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight and demonstrate initiative in achieving objectives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, design, create, launch, and sustain web applications, ensuring alignment with both business and technical criteria.
- Develop, enhance, and provide support for applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Angular (versions 18, 19), jQuery, REST APIs, Web Services, LINQ, and Entity Framework.
- Utilize Azure services, including Azure Web Apps, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and SQL Elastic Pooling to construct and maintain robust applications.
- Draft and refine complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions, operating in both SQL Server and Oracle settings.
- Conduct code evaluations, apply best practices, and perform unit testing to assure code quality and performance.
- Offer ongoing support and management for existing applications, ensuring they adapt to changing business needs.
- Engage in Agile practices and Scrum methodology, contributingactively in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
- Employ tools like Azure Boards, TFS, and GitHub for source control and project management.
- Work collaboratively with the team to guarantee smooth deployment and troubleshooting of applications within a production environment.
- Remain informed on the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices to foster continuous enhancement.
