Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience, particularly in automation architecture and solution design.
- Significant hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or comparable tools.
- In-depth understanding of workflow automation, process orchestration, and integration frameworks.
- Solid experience in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Proven track record in designing API-driven integrations and working with REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and version control systems.
- Experience in implementing automation at scale within enterprise settings.
- Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and detailed process documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for troubleshooting complex automation workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivering automation solutions in an iterative manner.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of automation solutions across applications, processes, and systems.
- Assess business processes to discover automation opportunities utilizing RPA, scripting, orchestration tools, and workflow platforms.
- Develop technical architecture documents, solution blueprints, and automation roadmaps.
- Offer guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize use cases, and align automation initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage the integration of automation tools with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
- Evaluate existing automation solutions and propose enhancements for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, and governance policies.
- Diagnose complex automation challenges and offer strategic technical leadership.
- Promote continuous improvement by suggesting new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
