Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a related field
- Advanced understanding of the product development life cycle, design processes, and data analytics
- Demonstrated ability to oversee product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management
- Basic knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse product and functional partners
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships while advocating for product integrity and user experience
- Excellent organizational and management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail
- Customer-focused, with a strong ability to develop empathy and understanding of employee needs through data-informed and research-based insights
Responsibilities
- Formulate a product strategy and vision that delivers value to our customers
- Conduct discovery efforts and market research to identify customer solutions, integrating them into the product roadmap
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support our strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Establish the framework for success metrics, including cost, features, risk assessment, and reliability
- Draft requirements, epics, and user stories to guide product development
- Act as the primary point of ownership for an experience or workflow, driving the product development process from discovery through implementation
- Leverage extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to enhance Employee Help solutions and stay updated on new features and best practices
- Promote a strong risk management and security-minded approach throughout product development
- Collaborate with product owners, servicing leads, content teams, and business representatives across the Employee Help Product areas to achieve targeted business outcomes
- Define and monitor metrics (OKRs) to evaluate product performance
