Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management
- Advanced understanding of the product development lifecycle, including design and data analytics
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in documentation
- Proven ability to build partnerships and thrive in a collaborative team setting
- Self-driven and motivated to learn while achieving targets and deliverables
- Excellent organizational skills, proficient time management, and strong presentation abilities
- Creative problem-solving skills, capable of devising innovative solutions
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodology; knowledge of Jira and Confluence is advantageous
- Competence in writing user stories and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Experience in designing QlikSense dashboards is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to engage with users and stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document requirements
- Conduct user interviews, prepare designs, and convert user needs into valuable business outcomes
- Keep the backlog of user stories well-ordered and documented with mock-ups as necessary
- Oversee product deliverables against tight commitments and timelines, mitigating any blockers in product development
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with users, stakeholders, and sponsors while managing their expectations
- Organize UAT sessions and facilitate sign-offs with users
- Validate acceptance criteria and UAT results, promptly addressing critical bugs
- Support product releases through all phases, including pre-deployment, during deployment, and post-deployment
- Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies ensuring that preparation is in place to prevent delays
- Train users on the tool solution and ensure training documentation remains up to date
